Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of StayVision, a service run by Igor Pontes Fonseca, based in Brazil ("we"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Questions go to suportestayvision@gmail.com.

What we do

We make short videos of rental properties from photos you send us, using image motion, AI tools, and editing. We don't visit the property or shoot on site. What each plan includes is listed on our home page at the time of your order.

Preview and plans

The preview is one 15-second vertical video with a watermark. We deliver it within 24 hours of getting your photos. Its price is credited when you pay a plan's balance for the same property. If you stop after the preview, you owe nothing more.

Each payment is a one-time charge in US dollars, per property. We're based in Brazil, so some card issuers may add a foreign transaction fee, which we don't control.

Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos you send or have permission to use them this way, including any photographer's permission to edit them and turn them into video. Please don't send photos showing identifiable people, personal documents, or anything you don't have the right to share.

You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to use them only to make and deliver your videos.

AI and accuracy

We make our videos with generative AI tools, which can change or add details. We ask the tools to keep your property as it appears in your photos and we check the clips before delivery, but you know your property best.

Please review every video before you publish it. You're responsible for making sure what you publish represents your property accurately and follows the rules of each platform you use.

Delivery and revisions

We deliver by private link, sent to the email you used at checkout. For plan videos, we email you an estimated delivery date once we have your photos.

Every plan includes one round of revisions. A revision adjusts the delivered videos using the photos you've already sent. New photos or a different property count as a new order.

Using your videos

Once a plan is paid, you can use its videos to promote your property anywhere, with no time limit. The watermarked preview is for your review only. We won't show your photos or videos in our portfolio or ads without your written permission.

Our refund policy is part of these terms.

No affiliation and no promised results

StayVision is an independent service. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other platform. We don't promise more bookings or revenue, or that a platform will accept or display a video.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we provide the service as is, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, along with any consumer protections of your home state or country that can't be waived.
